Salary Range:
$17.00 To $25.00 Hourly
A well-qualified applicant will possess the following traits and skills:
-Possess or have the ability to pass pesticide certification test within 60 days of employment
-Data entry/database software experience preferred but not required.
-Must be coachable in a fluent & dynamic operational environment.
-Attention to detail is essential.
-Ability to diagnose and recommend treatment for a wide range of lawn and irrigation issues.
-Stand, bend and walk for more than 8 hours a day in various weather conditions.
-Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members via written and verbal applications.
-Technical & mechanical aptitude towards lawn care & irrigation systems, equipment and processes.
-An individual who is trustworthy, punctual and reliable with flexibility to work seasonal hours, which may include long days based on production schedules and weather variables.
-Customer service skills and abilities to produce additional sales opportunities.
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
