RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures
Test drive vehicles to verify guest concerns and ensure full repair resolution
Test vehicle components and systems using advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with Service Managers to keep clients informed of their vehicle status
Provide estimates of time required for additional repairs, if needed
Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
Fast, eager learner and team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Computer skills and willingness to learn new things
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Clean driving record & valid drivers license
Career driven mindset
Must pass background and drug screen
