Shinglers must have 3 years experiance
No experiance neccisary for laborers ,however experiance is helpful.
All crew members work as a team on tare off and dry in until shinglers are ready for set up in 1 or more areas.
Laborers are responsible for tare off,cleaning roof deck,rolling underlayment , assisting shiglers spreading shingles and keeping jobsight organized.
For the most part , shinglers and Laborers work hand in hand helping each other.

Laborers , $20 to $35 depending on experiance .
Paid holidays holidays after 1 year
Pd travel time 1 way for jobs 1 or more hours away
