Great Northern – Chippewa Falls is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to join our growing manufacturing team! Are you ready to make a difference? Weekly Schedule & Pay: - Monday through Thursday, 2:45pm to 11:15pm and Friday, 1:30pm to 7:30pm - Hourly wage ranges between $28.00 to $30.00 based on experience and education Our Electromechanical Maintenance Technicians are Responsible For: - Electrical and mechanical repairs - Troubleshoot basic and complex electrical circuits by referencing schematics - Troubleshoot pneumatic operations looking for pneumatic failures or electrical failures. - Maintenance and preventative maintenance to all production and facility equipment - Installation of new equipment in the manufacturing plant or warehouse facility - Assists with the operation of TPM's and preventative maintenance - Inspects and insures all machines and equipment conform to safety, electrical and mechanical operation quality standards Expectation: To be successful your teammates will depend on your to have pride in your work, be on time, work safely, work effectively with others, be optimistic, take ownership of our responsibilities, and look for continuous improvement opportunities. Schedule - Shift start: 11:00PM - Shift length: 8 hours - Days: Sunday through Wednesday, 11:00pm to 7:15am and Thursday, 11:00pm to 6:00am Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 30 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Individual must possess: high school diploma or equivalency plus two years of other schooling in a maintenance-related field such as Electromechanical Technology, Automation Engineering, apprenticeship training or 5 years experience in an electromechanical position - Must be able to operate computer and a wide range of hand tools, test instruments, machining equipment and maintenance equipment - Must be able to perform mathematical calculations involving adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions, decimals and percentages - Must be able to follow written, verbal or diagrammatic instructions or blueprints, and reading of schematic diagrams - Must be able to delegate responsibility when appropriate - Must be able to analyze problems (not just symptoms), propose reasonable solutions, make logical decisions, carry out decisions made and follow up with feedback where appropriate. - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) - Must pass background check - Can lift 40 lbs About Great Northern Since 1962, our success has been built on great partnerships with our customers.
