The Chippewa County Aging and Disability Resource Center Nutrition Program is accepting applications for a Program Aide. The job duties of the Program Aide include but are not limited to:
Assist in the packaging of meals for home delivery at the central kitchen
Deliver bulk food and packaged meals to Senior Dining site(s)
Assist consumers in learning about other resources available through the ADRC
Provide responsive, courteous and efficient service to County residents and the general public
Position involves travel in all types of weather conditions and changing temperatures
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, every other week. Hours are approximately 7:45am-1:30pm.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma required
One (1) year of related work experience required
Foodservice experience preferred
Must complete the “Serving Safe Food” training program and secure certification within 90 days of hire
Ability to lift or move 30-60 pounds on a daily basis required
Experience in utilizing online mapping systems and knowledge of Chippewa County roads, streets, landmarks, etc. required
Cell phone required
Valid driver’s license and good driving record required

Starting Wage: $18.35 - $19.95 per hour depending on qualifications. This is a non-benefited position.
