Social Services of WI & Upper MI is looking for a Therapist - In
Training to work with children, adults and families in community
settings. Referrals come from county CCS programs, juvenile court
system, and county Children Protective Services programs. Our therapists
meet with children, adults and families in community settings, including
the home, school, or office to literally and figuratively meet the
client where they are at. This position will primarily provide
psycho-therapy and psycho-education using counseling skills and
treatment practices (e.g., exposure to social anxiety) to help clients
overcome barriers related to mental health disorders (e.g., exposure to

health disorders. The position will require some evening and weekend
hours to meet the needs of clients. All work travel and documentation
time is compensable. Please note, compensation for this position IS NOT
based on billable hours. Under the direction of a Licensed Therapist or
qualified Licensed Psychologist, the Therapist - In Training performs
clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals with mental
health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders. Examples of services
