Summary ObjectiveThe Electrician would be responsible for physically assembling and wiring electrical control panels. This position would also be responsible for start up of the electrical control panels.Essential Functions
Commercial wiring work in a manufacturing environment
Aiding in construction of building - installing siding, trim work, hanging doors, and other associated tasks
Running, bending, and hanging conduit
Pulling wire
Installing boxes
Making terminations
Support installation of new control panels
Wiring generators and control panels

Basic electrical knowledge preferably in a manufacturing environment - including how to read plans and specifications
Knowledge of NEC Code
Knowledge of how to use basic hand tools such as hammer, drills, and various saws
Knowledge of how to use and read levels and tape measure

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a typical shop environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. There is also frequent use of power tools, including saws, and forklift. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time hourly position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM, 40-hour work week with the potential of some paid overtime. This is not a remote position.Shop and office for Starnet Technologies is located at 8520 Hollander Drive, Franksville, WI 53126.TravelSome travel to customer job sites for troubleshooting, repairs, or start-ups.
