Title: Full Time Role as ERP Lead Analyst in Logistics/ WMS
On behalf of our Global Manufacturing client based in the Milwaukee region is seeking a full time IT ERP Lead Analyst/ developer with speciality in Logistics/WMS. Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, Document, Develop, Test, Implement, Train and Support IT solutions in Oracle ERP modules: Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Warehouse Management.
  • Develop technical objects such as Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder, Custom Interfaces etc
  • Researches and solves highly technical and/or complex problems on multiple projects, using expert usage of non-standard concepts and principles requiring high levels of judgment and interpretation.
  • Designs and builds more complex changes, extensions and enhancements to existing Oracle ERP applications, programs and reports.
  • Work with cross functional IT & business team in resolving production support issues in Oracle ERP
  • Work with Oracle on service requests for issue resolution.
  • Evaluate Oracle patches and test all the business processes before migrating the patch to the Production environment.
  • Requires travel (25%) to Client facilities across worldwide to support Project milestones
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in IT with 5+ years in Oracle ERP
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
  • 2+ years of Experience in developing Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Workflow Builder, Shipping / WMS APIs.
  • 2+ years of Experience in Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Shipping & Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Experience in customizing / extending Oracle functionalities and building interfaces to external systems.
  • Experience in at least two Oracle ERP implementations and providing production support to business users.
  • You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.
Preference:
  • APCIS (CPIM, CIRM) certification is an advantage.
