Responsibilities:
Show and lease apartments to applicants
Assist with processing rental applications
Prepare and maintain resident files
Maintain courteous communication with residents and applicants
Assist with the inspection and upkeep of the property's overall appearance

ï¼ Good attention to detail and organized
ï¼ Ability to listen and assist customer's needs
ï¼ Basis computer skills (Entrata experience preferred)
Hours: Part Time (every other weekend Saturday and Sunday during daytime hours)
