Environmental Remediation Team Leader

AECOM is actively seeking a talented Environmental Remediation Team Leader to join our team in Wisconsin. The position includes both internal and external-facing responsibilities, allowing you to apply and further develop managerial and client development skills. In this role, the selected candidate will also assist/lead project and program management with design and implementation of soil, groundwater, sediment and surface water investigative and remediation programs, data analysis, and report preparation. Responsibilities for this position include: Overseeing the preparation of work plans and organizing project studies.Interfacing directly with technical project managers and project teams to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.Understanding and incorporating client requirements in the management of projects, including commercial contract terms, change management processes, financial performance KPIs, etc.Using client and AECOM-prescribed tools to track and manage financial aspects of projects.Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet budgetary objectives, while adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis.Strong knowledge of Wisconsin state regulatory requirements and environmental standards is preferred.
