Kinetic, who has been in business for 75 years. We are seeking a Plant
Services Manager. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS: Responsible
for general building maintenance such as changing lights, paint, minor
electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Run errands such as transporting
items between Kinetic building locations and collecting items at
hardware stores. Provide ground maintenance such as snow removal on main
walkways, maintain trees, shrubs and flowers. Complete custodial
cleaning such as cleaning up spills, cleaning of machines and
surrounding area, and keeping work stations clean and organized.
Supports the production work team including but not limited to, emptying
scrap hoppers, restocking supplies and performing corrective action on
safety related projects. Directs work of other plant maintenance
associates. COMPETENCIES: Cost Consciousness - Develops and implements
cost saving measures. Quantity - Meets productivity standards. Safety
and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; reports
potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years'
experience in light handyman and/or custodial work. A valid Driver's
license with a good driving record. Ability to read, write and
comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability
to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using
whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to regularly lift
and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50
pounds. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
