JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description The Cash Application Specialist posts cash
from multiple sources including the lockbox, bank and branches on a
daily basis, into the ERP system. He/she also resolves any issues with
customer payments and works with the Collections group as needed. Work
Location: On Site Pay: $21-25/hr Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Posting payments to customer accounts and branch customers in the
organization's ERP system (Karmak Fusion). Review, correct and process
cash logs prepared at the branch locations. Post cash from the lockbox,
ACH and bank to appropriate customer accounts. Review, propose, and post
customer and warranty refund requests. Administer and process programs
associated with collecting customer payments, credit cards, third party
providers, collection agencies, etc. Interact effectively and
courteously with internal and external customers. Answer questions
pertaining to a customer's purchase history. Assist Commercial
Collection Specialists to research/resolve over and short payments and
unapplied cash. Provide excellent customer service. All other duties as

Minimum Qualifications: High School or equivalent required, Associate's
degree preferred. A minimum of 1 year experience in an accounting
related role. Must be able to work with and understand financial
information and data, and basic arithmetic functions. Basic Windows and
Google Suite or Microsoft Office computer skills required. Superior data
entry and 10-key skills required, Must be able to balance speed and
accuracy. Dependable and reliable attendance required. Strong attention
to detail and ability to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines. Must
