Lead the identification, evaluation, and lease negotiations for potential new store locations.
Oversee site selection, market research, and demographic analysis for optimal expansion.
Manage the design, construction, and layout of new stores, ensuring alignment with the brand's image and customer experience goals.
Optimize the real estate portfolio while controlling store development budgets and timelines.
Maximize franchisee investments through strategic allocation of resources, including store openings and conversions.
Negotiate and deliver store signage solutions compliant with local regulations and landlord requirements.
Real Estate & Operations:
Develop and execute real estate strategies, ensuring efficient lease agreements and franchise store location acquisitions.
Regularly report on KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including FTC and franchise-related standards.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery within contractual agreements.
Advocate for governance policies to secure the efficient use of resources and technology selection.

Stay flexible and adaptable, as responsibilities may evolve over time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred).
8+ years of progressive experience in store development and management, ideally in retail.
5+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role.
Real estate education and a solid understanding of architectural drawings and construction methods are highly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite applications.
Proven ability to evaluate real estate investments on a financial pro forma basis.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Availability for travel, including overnight stays, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to sit, use hands, talk, and hear.
Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
