We're looking to get an estimate for an architect to check out a property we're thinking of buying, which is now under contract. It has a quirky layout with three units and we want to add one or two more with the remaining unused space. There's also a bathroom in the hallway we'd like to incorporate into a unit if possible. We're trying to figure out better entrance options and improve the lighting by adding windows.
