JOB REQUIREMENTS: What You Will Do: Be an active member of the local team, accountable for sales performance by providing technical support to growers, channel partners and sales representatives Develop relationship with all key personnel in local area (AgriEdge Specialists, Sales Reps, District Managers, channel partners) Apply your knowledge of all key Syngenta products & solutions for assigned area and train sales teams, channel partners, retailers and growers on those products and solutions Partner with sales teams to position Syngenta on the farm, 'to, through and with' in the case of retail Support new product launches Aid in resolution of grower service calls Coordinate trialing efforts within the local area through the Sales Reps and channel partners Partner with Sales Reps to plan strategies to effectively compete with competitor products utilizing working knowledge of those products Syngenta is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in recruitment, hiring, training, promotion or any other employment practices for reasons of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, marital or veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status.
