JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview Full-time / .875 FTE / 70 hours biweekly 7
days on, 7 days off Night shift, 8p - 6a , with great shift
differentials Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center Located in
Janesville, WI Performs all functions of pharmaceutical care including
medication and IV orders. Evaluates for appropriate drug, dose,
allergies, interactions, and incompatibilities. Monitors levels of
therapeutic drugs. Performs and supervises computer data entry related
to patient profile. Monitors all medication dispensing for accuracy.
Supervises filling of all prescriptions and provides appropriate patient
counseling. Collects and analyzes data for process improvement projects.
Performs in-service to community and support groups. Performs other
duties as assigned. May be required to work alternate shifts. Performs

revenue. Education and Experience Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy
Program Hospital Pharmacy experience or residency preferred
