Within the head title as Chef, we also expect the right person to be able to be a leader and take initiative to all operations around them. We are looking for someone who can lead and direct the team while driving performance.
In addition, it will be required that you do weekly inventory, as well as putting away deliveries.

Serve Safe Certified is preferred , as well as obtaining a working knowledge of proper expectations, procedures, and health codes within the kitchen. We are willing to train the right candidate that showcases a drive and passion for cooking. Pay for this position is negotiable and will be determined based on capability.
- [ ] At least 2 years kitchen experience as a cook though willing to train the right person
- [ ] Experience working with Thai food and other Asian food preferred but not required
- [ ] Comply with outlined safety regulations and procedures
- [ ] Ensure work environment and stations are clean and sanitized
- [ ] Cook and prepare food items for customers as requested, including special requests, in a timely and consistent manner
- [ ] Exceptional attention to details, food quality, sanitation and safety
- [ ] Strong working knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods cutting, chopping, mixing and preparing sauces
- [ ] Have knowledge of food quantity and proportion
- [ ] Maintain clean, organized and well stocked work space in a fast pace setting
- [ ] Complete all necessary tasks effectively and efficiently
- [ ] Performs inventory checks , tracks and completes food storage organizing
