Duties and Hours:
This is a part-time (15 - 25 hours per week) with the potential to become a full-time position based on skill-set. We are seeking members with flexible availability that are able to work weekdays and weekends. Experience preferred but not required.
Duties will include:
- General Line cooking or food preparation
- Complete prep work - Memorize recipes and prepare as asked
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen members
- Keep a positive attitude and composure during busy time
- Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and all storage areas
- Help with additional tasks, responsibilities and duties, as requested
- Make sure food is being prepared correctly and up to standards of restaurant
