Skaalen is looking to hire a Nutrition Courtesy Coordinator. This position is full-time and benefit eligible. Wage will be based on experience. Hours will be 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with some weekends and holidays This position will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage service throughout the facility, communicating with manager(s), and will be accountable for consistent quality of service. This position will work closely with servers and residents.
Skaalen is hiring a Full Time Nutrition Courtesy Coordinator (NCC). This position wage will be based on experience, and hours will be 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., with every third weekend and some holidays. The Nutrition Courtesy Coordinator is the face of the Food and Nutrition Service program to the residents. The NCC will meet all new residents and conduct follow up visits.
This NCC will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage service throughout the facility, communicating with manager(s), and will be accountable for consistent quality of service.
Responsibilities:
Supervision of Staff
Meet with all new residents
Complete follow up with new residents
Quality Assurance Rounds and Reports
Meal Service as needed
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Be at least 18 years old (required)
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
HACCP/Serv-Safe certified, or the ability to attain certification within 90 days of hire
Strong oral and written communication skills in the English Language
Efficient with basic computer systems including Microsoft Office, email, and ECS
Self-motivated and organized
Understands exceptional customer service
