We are looking for 3-5 new people to join our landscaping crews! M-F sometimes weekends are when we cut lawns, mulch beds, and trim greenery. We service commercial properties throughout Waukesha County. Normal work days are 6A/7A - 2P/3P. Pay for summer starts at $13 an hour (will raise with experience and valid drivers license)
Shop located in Mukwonago off of I43. Valid Drivers License REQUIRED. Previous landscaping experience preferred. We provide shirts and vests, you are required to provide pants and closed toe shoes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply lawn care applications to residential lawns while working independently
- Provide excellent customers service and respond to inquiries
- Inspect and diagnose weeds, diseases and other conditions on clients' properties
Position Requirements:
-Jobs require standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs is required.
-Behaves consistently and predictably - reliable, responsible and dependable in fulfilling obligations.
-Diligently checks work to ensure that all essential details have been considered, notices errors or inconsistencies, and takes prompt, thorough action to correct errors.
-Demonstrates a positive attitude towards work.
-Friendly, pleasant, courteous and professional when dealing with internal or external clients.
-Cooperative, willing to share knowledge, cross train, and take on additional responsibilities.
-Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
-Hold a valid Wisconsin driver's license
-Must be at least 16 years old
