American Construction Metals (ACM), a strategic business unit of ABC Supply, produces a wide array of metal building materials including trim coil, edge metal, gutter systems, and a variety of other metal accessories. Schedule:
2:00pm-10:30pm Monday - Friday
ACM is seeking a Shipping Technician to join its second shift team. In this role, you will pick, band and load customer's orders for shipments. If you're looking for a fast-paced position with an established company, we want to hear from you!
Specific duties may include:
Driving order pickers, forklifts and other powered equipment
Completing accurate inventory
Picking and packing orders
Loading trucks
Performing cycle counts as assigned
Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and shipping dock
Troubleshooting to address special challenges
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Experience working with distribution software is a plus
Exceptional mathematic skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Must be able to work overtime as needed
