Position Title: Cutter Operator
Wage: $16/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7am-3pm
Join a customer driven print marketing and direct mail company specializing in integrated communications. They use multiple channels, including dynamic data intelligence, personalized direct mail print marketing, full spectrum promotional fulfillment and high-powered e-commerce communications. Don’t miss their opening for a Cutter Operator in the Edgerton, WI area. The Cutter Operator will be responsible of operating equipment accordingly for cutting and printing of finished product.
Cutter Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate equipment for cutting and printing, finishing within production standards according to quality, rate of speed and waste
- Understand and follow instructions and specifications communicated on the job ticket
- Complete quality control procedures on each project
- Communicate production schedules, project status updates, and project specifications with team members
- Maintain equipment according to company guidelines
- Safety regulations must be always abided by
- Communicate ideas, concerns, and problems to leadership
Cutter Operator Requirements:
- Ensure confidentiality of company sensitive information and records
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
- Able to read, write, and calculate math numbers
- Reasoning/analysis
- Stand entire shift up to 10-hours a day
- Reach, twist, bend, and stoop regularly
- Lift up to 25lbs regularly
- Lift up to 25-50lbs occasionally for stacks of paper and card stock
- Good hand/eye coordination
