Sedona Staffing of Monroe, WI is looking for a Team Lead on 2nd shift. This position is full time with the opportunity to be a direct hire placement with the hiring company.
The Team Lead will perform a full range of various duties.
- Serve as interim acting job leader when project supervisor is unavailable;
- Work with team members to be in compliance with procedures, policies and job site specific regulations;
- Completes all tasks and responsibilities in production area;
- Work as a team with ensuring everyone arrives to job area on time; and
- Completes required paperwork as needed for duration and completion of a project.
This position is a Full time role on 2nd shift, Monday thru Friday, must be able to work a flexible hour schedule based on project and business demands. A history of being dependable and reliable is required as well as knowledge of basic Math, Reading and Reading Comprehension skills.
