If you enjoy people, United Cerebral Palsy has wonderful opportunities to spend time with AMAZING individuals We are a non-profit organization in the Madison Area that supports children, teens and/or adults with developmental disabilities in childcare programs, their homes or exploring the Madison Community. Our mission at UCP is to help our families get a much-needed break from daily caregiving as well as offering our clients the ability to participate in fun activities or just exploring their interests!
UCP has the following opportunities available:
Monday-Friday – between 8am-5:30pm in our Youth Resources Program
Monday-Sunday – mornings, afternoons, evenings & weekends in our Respite Program
Part-time - paid, volunteer or internship opportunities available!
o This is a fantastic opportunity for students interested in gaining experience in the fields of; physical therapy, occupational therapy, pre-med, nursing, education, social work, psychology, communication sciences & disorders, genetics, rehabilitation psychology…or for anyone who just loves people and wants to help!
Benefits:
You only work what your schedule allows – there are no minimum # of hours to work a week!
We work with your availability, age preferences & transportation needs to help find a match that will work for you
