In need of reliable Handyperson for rentals and other projects in the Beloit/Janesville area and beyond.
We have several rentals in the area and also flip projects we need help with.
Would like some who could all these tasks or at least the majority of them.

Light carpentry and some finished carpentry skills
Light home repair work doors, door knobs, cabinets, fixtures
Painting, drywall repair, trimwork
General repairs for rentals
Light Landscaping
Pretty consistent part time work available and sometimes more.
Pay is negotiated by the scope of work for each project
