Hiring: Workmen, Craftsmen, Picker / Packer for Wisconsin Workshop - Carpentry Construction (ELKHORN, WALWORTH COUNTY)

These roles require quality-driven consistent labor, creativity, maintenance, and reliability.
Available Positions: Craftsmen / Fabricator / Painter and finisher / Picker / Packer / Office Admin / Shipping - Warehouse Generalist Positions
Some Primary Responsibilities:
Cut, sand, and prep raw materials.
Disassemble/assemble various furniture products.
Assemble raw materials.
Pulls and pack product based on daily orders.
Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. dolly loader, pallet wrapper, and forklift).
Reports any mechanical problems.
Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
Assists with inventory stocking/staging, and material management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Picker/Packer Qualifications / Skills:
Should be comfortable using hand tools, including: electric drills/impact driver, sander. For the assembly, disassembly, and prepping of product order for packaging.
Scanning and sorting outgoing stock & products
Pulling, packing, and loading
Receiving, stocking, and stacking
- Forklift operating experience preferred.
Education, Legal, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Criminal Background Check Required
Carpentry or warehouse experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
6 months retail or customer service experience preferred (Admin/Customer Service Role)
Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date preferred (NOT REQUIRED)
Familiarity with national safe-work practices
US Citizen
