Sawall Development is seeking a part-time, Property Manager to oversee two residential properties, 42 units in total, located in Darien and Delevan Wisconsin. Incentives include free rent!
The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the community and dedicated to providing excellent customer service with the overall goal of providing a greater quality of life for our customers.
This is a hands-on job. A qualified candidate should have a solid understanding of grounds maintenance and basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills. Job functions are listed below but not limited to:
Leasing apartments
Preforming apartment flips
Replace and repair faucets, shower heads, and toilets
Managing and following up with work orders
Blind installation
Light fixture assembly
Repair/paint walls
Snow removal
Preventive maintenance and inspections of grounds
Trash and recycling removal and the cleaning of dumpster areas
Landscaping and grass cutting
Clean hallways
Additionally, responsible for the following:
Informs supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns
Keeps equipment clean and in good working order
Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents and the achievement of safe working practices
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers
Adheres to all policies and procedures
Performs all other duties as assigned
