Wage: $16.50/Hour
Shifts: 3rd Shift
Hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Quality Assurance Technician Responsibilities:
- Monitor production quality for all processes and packaging by conducting hourly line audits
- Performance of moisture analysis using moisture analyzers
- Performance of invert test, pH and Brix testing
- Demonstrates commitment to food safety and continuous improvement
- Monitor product drying process and release product for production use
- Test incoming raw ingredients and release for production use
- Supervised and NO FINAL INSPECTION DUTIES
Requirements for Quality Assurance Technician:
- Must be able to stand for entire shift
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to use hands to grasp, handle and feel
- Must be able to occasionally walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear, and taste or smell
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision and ability to focus
- Needs to be tolerant to cornstarch dust that is in the air and on the surfaces
- Must be able to regularly lift and/move up to 30 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
