As a key member of Regal Ware’s leadership team, the Corporate Vice President, Marketing will report directly to the Sr. VP, Sales and Marketing and be responsible for developing Regal Ware’s structure, approach, experiences through digital marketing platforms, and enhancing the customer/consumer experience through brand, product and service interfaces. Successful outcomes include clearly differentiated brand positions and integrated marketing strategies for Regal Ware in support of its strategic direction and its division’s go-to-market strategies. The position will lead a lean team at corporate to deliver the marketing strategy and oversee marketing service/operational functions.

The position will work collaboratively with the division Presidents and key functional leaders to help integrate and support the marketing strategies as well as talent and processes for all Marketing disciplines. This will include Branding, Product Management, eCommerce, Advertising and PR, Social Media, Creative, Visual, Customer/Consumer Insights and Analytics.

The Corporate Vice President, Marketing will deliver innovative approaches for lead generation strategies and processes to the divisions that strengthen brand engagement, positively impact sales, while growing and retaining the customer base, thereby increasing the overall profitability of the company

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the marketing structure and talent identification and development to insure marketing resources possess the culture and experiences to deliver on Regal Ware’s and its division’s go-to-market strategies.

  • Assist in determining the highest return to corporate and its divisions when evaluating internal vs. external marketing resources.

  • Create, develop and execute comprehensive, integrated, and measurable marketing strategies for Regal Ware and its divisions to drive sales and gross margin.

  • Owns the digital content strategy at corporate and coordinates into the divisions to create value and alignment across the entire corporation.

  • Provide processes and tools for effective brand and product management.

  • Drive eCommerce presence, providing an omni-channel experience to build the brand and expand customer/consumer base growth.

  • Build the brand voice utilizing digital, social media and traditional channels to further brand awareness, value and reputation among current and new customers.

  • Oversee and evaluate market research to identify trends and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions maximizing ROI on marketing spend.

  • Assist divisions in development of pricing strategies by market.

  • Oversee planning and coordination of all corporate events and corporate communications.

  • Assist in the Executive Committee in implementation of The Regal Way operating system to insure alignment of the organization to its 1, 3 and 10 year strategic plan.

  • Leverage data and analytics to drive insights and to develop customer segmentation strategy.

  • Develop and administer the marketing budget, provide comprehensive reporting and campaign metrics.

SKILLS

  • Track record of success in developing (leading) and executing (doing) integrated marketing plans that leverage brands and products digitally and socially based on a solid marketing strategy derived from channel and customer/consumer insights.

  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and the ability to operate with all levels of leadership.

  • Hands-on experience in eCommerce, branding, social media, digital marketing, events and strategic partnerships.

  • Extensive knowledge of CRM, data analytics and marketing strategy development.

  • Strong results-orientation.

  • Ability to be creative, yet sequence and follow process for successful outcomes

  • Outstanding leadership abilities to align, attract, retain and develop a strong team.

  • Possess a customer/consumer-centric focus.

  • Excellent verbal, and written communication skills with ability to influence and inspire.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • Willing to build relationships and partner throughout the entire value chain of the organization.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Combined 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in branding, product management, digital marketing including eCommerce and social media, PR/advertising, and market research and insights.

  • Understanding of web technology, SEO, PPC, web analytics, marketing automation, web design best practices.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • BrandAsset® Valuator (BAV®) knowledge and experience

  • Digital marketing certifications a plus
