First Impressions & Caregiver Advocacy: Warmly welcome patients and caregivers, route calls, assist in running triage with precision. Seamless Transactions & Financials: Handle invoice finalizations, process payments, and perform smooth end-of-day cash drawer reconciliations using our practice management software. Lobby & Inventory Operations: Keep the lobby clean, inviting, and safe; assist with inventory tracking and loss prevention to help keep hospital operations running lean and efficient.Digital & Administrative Support: Keep records clean and up to date by managing incoming emails, digital attachments, faxing, and document scanning. We don't believe in top-down silos.
