Express Employment Professionals is currently looking for an Office Manager in the Sparta area. This position will be responsible for supporting and overseeing a number of Administrative and Accounting job duties including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, sales entries, and balancing of books!
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years Accounting and Administrative experience. We are looking for someone who is a go-getter and problem solver!
Job duties included but not limited to:
Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information.
Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers.
Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software.
Operate 10-key calculators, computers, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents.

Strong communication both written and orally
Experience Required:
3 to 5 years Accounting and Bookkeeping experience
Experience in the MS Office Suite
Education Requirements:
Associates Degree in Accounting is required
Bachelors Degree in Accounting is preferred
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Compensation will be based on experience
