Coulee Tech, Inc. is seeking a skilled individual to join our team (see above!) with 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, specifically using Quickbooks Online.

We are looking for someone who can:
- Fluently work within Quickbooks Online
- Grasp accounting tasks, such as AP, AR, invoicing, billing, etc.
- Create, understand, and analyze spreadsheets
- Maneuver Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook in Office 365.
- Comprehend accounting forms and reports (i.e. balance sheets, Profit and Loss report, etc.)
- Handle payroll
- Complete multiple tasks and jobs within a specific deadline
- Display a willingness and ability to learn skills outside of their specific department (i.e. IT/tech skills)
- Professionally handle phone calls for clients
- Maintain a clean work environment
Physical demands:
- Occasional bending, reaching, pushing and pulling when retrieving and moving various items
- Intermittent lifting of various items.
- Occasional squatting / crouching are required
- Standing and walking approximately 0-25% of the time
- Sitting at a desk or work station approximately 0-100% of the time
- Visual viewing of computer screen, printouts, reports, contracts, procedures and an assortment of other printed items
- Ability to work at least eight (8) consecutive hours
