⢠Compensation: Negotiable based on experience
⢠Benefits: Full benefits package offered after probationary period
⢠Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Job Qualifications:
⢠2+ years of Office Assistant experience with a "Customer First Attitude"
⢠2+ years of Accounting/Bookkeeping experience or an Associates or Technical diploma/certificate
⢠Strong communication skills; verbal and written
⢠Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
⢠Familiarity with database entry and searching
⢠Attention to detail
⢠Previous experience with distribution and shipping is required
⢠Previous Agricultural experience or knowledge is required
Job Duties:
⢠Entering customer information and new orders into a database
⢠Answering the phone
⢠Shipping
⢠Working with computers
⢠Communicate directly with management
