The EDT provides supportive care to the Emergency Department patients and performs approved procedures per policy. The EDT assists patients with activities of daily living and assists with the maintenance of a safe and clean environment.QualificationsMust be 18 years of age prior to start date. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer knowledge. Decision making and problem solving skills, spoken and written communication skills, and team building skills. Ability to perform duties in a self directed manner. One year of experience as EMT preferred. One year acute care hospital experience, preferred. High school graduate or equivalent, required. Current WI CNA or WI EMT-B Certification required. Maintains current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross.Exemption StatusNonexemptCompensation DetailCompensation range is $17.20 -$22.89 / hour .Benefits EligibleYesSchedulePart TimeHours/Pay Period48Schedule DetailsDay/Evening ShiftsWeekend ScheduleEvery third weekend. 8-hour shifts.
