Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise

Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others

Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area

Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines

Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise

3+ years of experience in:

business analysis

project management or customer service capacity

2+ years of equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience

2+ years of demonstrated experiences:

leadership experience

solid time-management skills with attention to detail

sound judgement

highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity

excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

ability to present to small and large groups

2+ years of experience in managing:

a wide variety of data, to including indexing

storing and recalling the data

US Citizenship (Ability to obtain a Security Clearance to receive a PIV Card)

Ability to create and edit technical documents as necessary

Proven ability to facilitate and negotiate consensus on a final version of the product and/or project goals

Understanding of:

systems

database structures

relationships

Proven ability to understand complex business processes that cross many functional operations units

Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to create and interpret:

technical/process documents

workflows

network diagrams

Proven ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize projects accordingly

Proven ability to work with minimal supervision

Proven ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment

Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills especially Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, Engineering, or IT related discipline

National Career Readiness Certificate

2+ years of “Mednet” research experience

Experience working with or an association with Veterans

Experience with SQL language, relational databases
