Therefore, applicants must currently reside in the LaCrosse area in order to be considered.Work under the directionof a software test engineer to perform assigned test development andverification testing on HVAC controls products.Responsibilities:
Write test procedures and/or automated testscripts based on written functional specifications as directed by thetest engineer.
Review test procedures and/or automated testscripts for completeness and correctness based on comparison to functionalspecifications and test cases.
Debug automated test scripts and evaluate resultsto determine the source of anomalous results.
Execute test procedures and test scripts as partof formal acceptance test cycles and evaluate results.
Analyze the results of test procedures and testscripts.
Write up test results in the form of change requeststo be acted upon by software developers.
Verify fixes to validate final product.
Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's ofscience degree program. Computer science or computer engineering degreeprogram is desired.
Familiarity/experience with software testanalysis and development desired.
Familiarity/experience with test automationtools desired.
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Access, andExcel.
