Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local La Crosse company and is looking for candidates for a Program Assistant II position!

Job highlights:

• Schedule of Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

• Business casual dress code

• Position is expected to last at least until the end of 2019, but it could go permanent if the person in this role is interested

• Looking for someone to start immediately

• Pay range is $13.00-$15.00 per hour based on experience

Job duties:

• Support the organization by being a liaison of our tools/resources with Providers and Interdisciplinary teams (RNs and social workers).

• Assist with data migration from legacy system to new system.

• Key role in supporting contracting team with credentialing follow up with providers to ensure compliance with State contract.

• Provide excellent customer service to members, providers, colleagues, etc. and support administrative requests.

• Assist with the scheduling of meetings.

• Maintain spreadsheets for various purposes as needed.

• Process and direct incoming mail, faxes and emails as appropriate.

• May provide car rental assistance to staff of assigned department/location.

• Assist with travel planning.

• Provide back-up to other program assistants and positions within the organization as needed.

• Assist in and/or perform the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies for assigned department/location.

• May act as the main contact for equipment service needs in assigned department/location.

• Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.

• Provide support to the office staff including filing, word processing, preparing mailings, faxing information, photocopying and other related duties.

• Send correspondence, forms and/or notifications for assigned department/location.

• Scan, upload and attached documents to appropriate system.

• Prepare, review and/or distribute enrollment packet materials.

• Engage in professional and courteous interactions with members and providers

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• Vocational/Technical training is preferred

• 3 years Administrative/Office experience is required

Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Knowledge and demonstrated experience in a variety of computer programs, and proficient typing and data entry skills are required.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Publisher. Experience with web-based programs is desired.

• Ability to operate a variety of office equipment including photocopier, fax, multi-line telephone, printer and calculator is essential.

• Ability to work independently.

• Strong attention to details.

• Excellent adaptability to multi-tasking and changing environment.

• Strong customer and public service communication skills.
