Our farm is developing a compost system consisting of Aerobic “Hot” compost (decomposition of organic matter using microorganisms that require oxygen) and Vermicompost (composting using worms). The system involves a new compost process called “Enhanced Composting” that uses supercharged oxygenated irrigation water. When completed the system will be located on the grower’s farm. We are looking for an intern to work with us on the research and development of the system. This job requires working knowledge of farm machinery such as a compact tractor.
