We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pet Sitter to provide exceptional care for pets in the owner's absence. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for animals and the ability to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being. As a pet sitter you will be responsible for various tasks that include feeding, exercising, and monitoring pets while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Duties
Provide daily care for pets, including feeding, walking, grooming, and administrating medications as needed.
Ensure safety and well-being of pets during their stay.
Maintain cleanliness in pet areas by cleaning up after pets and ensuring proper hygiene.
Monitor pet behavior and health, reporting any concerns to the owner promptly.
Engage with pets through playtime and exercise to promote their physical and mental well-being.
Follow specific instructions provided by pet owners regarding care routines.
Maintain accurate records of pet care activities and any incidents that may occur.
Skills
Proficient in animal restraint techniques to ensure safe handling of pets.
Experience in dog handling to manage various breeds effectively.
Knowledge of general animal care practices, including grooming and health monitoring.
Strong animal handling skills to manage a variety of dogs.
Ability to work independently while demonstrating responsibility and reliability.
Excellent communication skills to interact with the pet owners and provide updates on their pets' status.
