We are looking for a reliable Handyman to do upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of our properties We’ll rely on you to keep our buildings good condition by doing various maintenance jobs. We will train the right candidate the technical knowledge that are important parts of a handyman’s skill set. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and light repairs
Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
Maintain & Repair equipment or appliances
Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
Identify and report the need for major repairs
Some on call times may be required
Skills
Proven experience as handyman
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
Basic math skills
Good communication ability
Well-organized and good at problem-solving
Attention to detail
Must have a valid Drivers license
