Job Responsibilities:
Serve legal documents to individuals and businesses as assigned.
Accurately document service attempts with date, time, and location.
Follow legal guidelines and best practices for process serving.
Communicate effectively with our office regarding service attempts.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Smartphone with GPS capability to log service attempts.
Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented.
Prior experience in process serving, security, legal support, law enforcement, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay per job (varies based on distance and urgency).
Flexible schedule – work as assignments become available.
