A locally owned growing company in the La Crosse area has long-term openings on all shifts for those looking for a permanent career move. The ideal candidate will have experience operating either pultrusion or other molding machinery. However, candidates that possess a strong general labor or machine operation work history are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
⢠Stack fiberglass on shelves
⢠Cut-off of finished product
⢠Employees are required to handle fiberglass mats and roving's
⢠Keep machines stocked with raw materials
⢠Monitor machinery
⢠Read setup sheets and production orders
⢠Provide Q/C of products
⢠Read tape measures
⢠Use of calipers
⢠Shutdown and setup of machinery
⢠Cleaning of tools and equipment used
⢠Install clamping
⢠Set bake timers as needed
⢠General housekeeping and other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
⢠Heavy lifting of up to 50lbs
⢠Repetitive bending
⢠Repetitive squatting
⢠Repetitive twisting
⢠Ability to stand for entire 8 hour shift
This long-term permanent position provides competitive pay, wage increases, benefits, and advancement opportunities to dedicated, hard-working employees.
Hours: Monday through Friday:
1st shift: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm $12.00/hour
2nd shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm $13.00/hour
3rd shift: 10:30 pm - 7:00 am $14.00/hour
Weekend Shifts:
Days - 7AM-7PM working Saturday, Sunday and Monday, wage $14.00/hr.
Nights - 7PM-7AM working Friday, Saturday and Sunday, wage $15.00/hr.
