Successful candidate would initially oversee a current team of fabricators and help grow our fabrication team by training and mentoring new fabricators as we expand to meet the demands of our growing product line and ambitious growth plans."
What You'll Do:
Fabricate high-quality metal components for our aviation and safety products.
Utilize your expertise in MIG and TIG welding.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Operate a variety of metalworking machinery.
Contribute to the development of new products and prototypes.
Mentor and train less experienced fabricators.
