Administrative Specialist Job Description

Job Summary
An Administrative Specialist performs higher level office support duties and provides specialized program support for the restaurant owner and General Managers in three key areas:
1. Team member onboarding,
2. Team member information management,
3. General team support.
Job Details:
- 40 Hour Work Weekflexible work schedule. Some Over-Time may be occasionally required depending on workload.
-A minimum of 6 weeks hands on Culver's training in one of our local restaurants will be completed within the first two months of hirethis is to understand what the core of our business is.
-Must be a self starter, self motivated (ONCE fully trained), able to work on own and alone.
- Most of your hours per week will be in one of our local restaurants completing HR tasks.
-Regional auto travel will be required. Will be paid mileage. Will not be any over-nights.
Starting pay for this position is $13.00 and the individuals wage will increase once they are fully trained and require minimal supervision. The position requires a flexible availability including occasional nights and weekends.

Essential Functions
Team Onboarding
Perform team orientations and complete all task of the orientation checklist at both Sparta and Black River Falls locations
Communicate with General Manager or Restaurant Owner regarding all aspects of team member orientations
Manage uniform inventory and purchasing
Monitor Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting
Training Coordination
Insurance Application Coordination
Team Information Management
Manage team member folders - audit completeness, keep updated, and finalize once TM is separated
Manage team calendars on Google Calendar anniversaries, birthdays, 60 and 90 day review days
Communicate to the appropriate leader a reminder of a 90 day review deadline
Manage Google Drive documents phone list, wage list, team member log, punch list, etc.
Perform team member document audits food safety, I-9, job descriptions, pictures
Complete separation process and documentation
Complete annual turnover report
Weekly Team Support
Cash over/short log verification
Deposit verification
Full-time team member hour verification
Team member log maintenance - Organize, track and communicate with GM undocumented incidents and alerts
Attend leadership meetings Take minutes and help GM write memos
Product purchasing extracts, office supplies, marketing related items
Perform miscellaneous office tasks for the GM create orientation binders, file papers, organize team documents, update forms, updating SDS
Monthly Team Support
End of month document collection and storage
Verify completeness of the following documents: deployments, front and back temps, and schedules. Alert the General Manager and restaurant owner of any forms that are not complete.
Monthly Recap
Month End document completeness
Other Tasks
Communicate to the restaurant owner what was completed in a weekly report at the end of the week.
Prepare memos, reports and spreadsheets as necessary
Systems management maintain proper records in Jolt, BBU, TalentReef, and BlueCube
Assist in marketing related items, guest complaints as assigned, donation requests, script orders, and information requests
Assist the General Managers in any way that is reasonable.
Any task that the restaurant owner deems necessary.

Qualifications
Friendly and detailed person who can work with little or no supervision. They also must be able to communicate with the General Manager or Owner regarding weekly tasks including filling out a weekly plan and a weekly report.
