We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Office Administrator to perform administrative warehouse duties, activities, procedures and policies. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all office activities
Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
Handle phone calls and all related correspondence
Provide assistance with tenant requests, leasing contracts and invoicing
Keep mini-storage and warehouse tenant related databases in check and
update them regularly
Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space
Coordinate warehouse pickup and deliveries with warehouse staff
Qualifications:
Previous working experience as an Office Administrator is preferred but not required
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
In-depth knowledge of office management and accounting processes
Hands-on experience with office management computer programs such as: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Calendar, Etc.

Compensation
Hourly Rate begins at entry level (no experience) $15 per hour, or Rate based on experience and skill-sets
Special Note
This is a small business with limited staff. Office activity fluctuates throughout day.
No Remote or Recruitment Firms. This is a Full-time, On-site, Employee Position.
