Express Employment Professionals of La Crosse is seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated IT Support professional to join a Tomah based clients team! The IT Support role ensures that the whole company runs smoothly will work on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks for their business. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements.

Position will have support from the corporate office as well as from peers in other locations!
Pay will start at $25.00 per hour with a review after the probationary period!
IT Support duties and responsibilities of the job:
Installing, implementing, and configuring computer hardware, software, applications, systems, networks, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support
Setting up accounts for new users and assisting with password or login problems
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology and installation of any upgrades
Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems
Maintain procedures, documentation, and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization
Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues
Test, evaluate, and provide feedback about new technology for the business
Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements
IT Support job qualifications and requirements:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology with 2-4 years IT Support experience is required
A working knowledge of PC systems and DNS/DHCP and NTFS security
Server hardware configurations
Windows and/or UNIX based server operating systems
A technical, logical thought process
Problem-solving skills
An ability to stick to strict deadlines
An ability to prioritize and delegate
A keen eye for detail
