WinnCompanies is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor I to join our military housing team located in Fort McCoy, WI.
In this role, you will assist in coordination of subcontracted activities and/or assist with training and coaching of maintenance staff. At least 80% of the time, responsible to perform maintenance functions such as completing service requests and COM activities in the community, including rental units, office buildings, residential areas, grounds and parking lots. You will also ensure that all service is performed safely and results in favorable customer feedback.
Please note that the work schedule will be as follows: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with the possibility of on-call shifts every other week.
