This individual will be responsible for a full span on accounting and business administration to include: Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Billing, Payroll and Business Tax Preparation. FLOOR360 is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.

Responsibilities include:
Execute Accounts Payable invoicing and payment processing
Organize and prepare bookkeeping, including journal entries, payroll statements and sales reports
Back up support for Purchasing, Payroll & Billing
Detail oriented approach to general ledger, payroll, accounts receivable and payables
Research and resolve reconciling discrepancies
Prepare and analyze G/L accounts and assist with periodic tax filings
Assist with special projects and spreadsheets as requested
Undertake other duties as they arise
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel
Construction experience a plus, but not required
Minimum two-year Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
Willingness to learn customized accounting software and adapt to software updates
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Ability to work both individually and within a team-oriented environment
