Includes managing snow removal vendors, maintenance contracts, response to tenant requests, after hours alarms.
Must be responsible and mature to handle all types of tenant situations. Jack of all trades welcome. Tenant requests may be small toilet or lightbulb issues, to bidding contractor Hvac replacements. Seeking experienced individual looking to manage a group of buildings.
Rewarding relationships with tenants and Co-workers. Have a shop, tools, and maintenance truck.
Property types are Retail, Industrial, Warehouse. Compensation based on experience.
