Administrative/Warehouse Reports To: Direct Report to Company Ownership
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate Clearly and Effectively with Owners and Warehouse Associates. Receive, Print, Analyze and Assign orders to be processed by Warehouse Associates. Effectively use the Warehouse Management, Inventory and Accounting software. Lead, Manage, Train, Guide and Evaluate New and Existing Warehouse Associates. Optimize workflow throughout the Warehouse in collaboration with other Team Members/Owners. Accept and Inventory Deliveries, Track Inventory and Communicate Inventory needs as they occur. Organize Warehouse for Optimum Workflow and Shipping. Employ time saving idea’s. Work in Collaboration directly with Owner(s) regarding Gift shipment, inventory, invoicing etc. “Hands On” Supervisor Pitching in to Process Orders as needed. Not supervision only. Use Forklift to Receive Shipments, Process Shipments and Organize warehouse. Operate all other warehouse equipment as needed, Labeling, dating, shrink wrapping, etc. Work Directly with Customers In person or via Telephone regarding orders. Be Personable.

Present A Positive Professional Attitude with Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills. Maintain a Clean Work Environment Throughout the Warehouse and other Company area’s. Be Able to work as part of an Integrated Team with Warehouse Associates. Working with Owners on Problem Solving and Resolution as needed. Time Management and Urgency are important in this role. Getting orders out on time is Crucial. Follow the Direction of Ownership and completing additional tasks as assigned. Complete work each day, even if it means staying extra time, when needed. Maintain an outstanding personal attendance record.
Physical Requirements:
Be able to lift up to 50Lbs on an intermittent basis. Able to stand and work on your feet for a full 8 hour work day. Capable of moving and climbing a ladder station for Stocking and Pulling inventory items. A valid Wisconsin or Other equivalent Driver’s License.
